The Academic Personnel Committee facilitates the process for faculty reappointments, merit evaluation, promotion, and tenure, plus appointments without specific search committees.

The Alliance & Community Development Committee is committed to building identity, strengthening community, and expanding opportunities for direct funding.

• The community empowerment and access committee builds and maintains the structures needed to foster a supportive and welcoming departmental culture, constructive expression of ideas, and shared values.

The Opportunities Committee works towards developing links between faculty and outside support opportunities, and facilitates faculty and staff achievements and awards that reflect their excellence.
