● (2025 Au) Applied a physics‑informed neural network (PINN) to segment distinct membrane structures—including vesicles, endocytic sites, and the outer membrane and envelope of immature HIV—from cryo‑ET tomograms, while refining the algorithm via memory optimization, GPU acceleration, and input refinement.
● (2024 W) Investigated whether the beam structure of the split huan Piezo-1 protein facilitates rejoining, and aimed to identify the minimal active unit through GCaMP8F confocal live imaging in HEK293T cells.
● (2023 Sp) Analyzed the relationship between the arp2/3 complex periodicity and actin filament branching frequency using Cytosim simulation with Python.
● (2022 Sp, Su) Learned wet-lab experiment skills—including gene cloning, PCR, western blot, and immunofluorescent assay—and participated in a project studying centrosome amplification during prolonged mitosis
● (2021 Su) Developed a differentially-expressed-gene (DEG) data normalization pipeline to select HNSC prognostic biomarkers from TCGA
