Christine earned a BA and BS in Biology at Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX, and a MS degree from the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She has taught several courses at both TAMU and Louisiana State University including but not limited to Aquaculture, Biology of Fishes, Ichthyology, Natural History of Invertebrates, Disease Management in Fisheries and Aquaculture, Vertebrate Physiology, and Introductory Biology. She is currently a Course Coordinator for the Biology Introductory Series (Biol 180/200/220) and teaches Survey of Physiology (Biol 118) and Elementary Physiology Laboratory (Biol 119) at the University of Washington.
