Want to schedule weekly or one-time use of Biology spaces?
-
Log into the Biology Room and Equipment Scheduler.
-
LSB conference rooms have priority use for research-related and departmental meetings, and they can be scheduled for weekly graduate classes and undergraduate seminars. Other class use must wait for scheduling until the first week of term.
-
LSB 110, HCK 218 and 103, and all HCK lab rooms have priority use by time-scheduled classes. They can be scheduled for one-time use outside of regular class time.
Want a “general assignment” Group 1 room, such as HCK 132 or 320, outside of regularly-scheduled class time?
-
Check availability, then enter a building and room (e.g. “HCK 132”), select “Availability Weekly”, and click on the header date for a calendar interface to select the day you want to see.
-
Contact Event Services with the date, time, room, and purpose of your request, ideally with a 30-day lead time.
