Dr. Kathleen Schuyler Gobush has more than 25 years of experience in designing and conducting original conservation research with numerous peer-reviewed publications on terrestrial and marine wildlife. She also works at the intersection of science and policy (at state, national and international levels), ensuring policies are evidence-based and safeguard endangered species and ecosystems. She has held professional leadership roles as research ecologist, senior program officer, conservation manager, and regional director. Currently she is self-employed as an independent consultant with recent contracts/grants with United Nations, IUCN, USFWS, CREOI and IEF.
