Our very own Janet Germeraad (Biology Director of Academic Services) and Jason Patterson (Biology Senior Adviser) were named the UW Association of Professional Advisers and Counselors (APAC) 2024 Advisers of the Year!

The APAC Adviser of the Year Award is presented each Spring to a member of the advising community who has done outstanding work over the previous year.

- “Jason has been at UW for almost 20 years and with Biology for ~16 years and in that time has proven his dedication to student success and service to the undergraduates of the department, as well as the university.
