Dee Boersma participates in Nixon Library's "Celebrating Women's Impact" symposium [VIDEO]

Biology professor Dee Boersma participated in the "Celebrating Women's Impact" symposium hosted by the Nixon Library on March 15, 2024. This unique gathering explored post-war 20th-century advancements in the role of women in government and featured participants including historians, authors, and Nixon Administration officials.  The symposium is a part of the respective Women’s History Month programming of the National Archives and Records Administration and the Richard Nixon Foundation. 

 Dee was asked to talk about her time on the U.S. Presidential Task Force of Women's Rights and Responsibilities (1969).
