BOTANY GREENHOUSE SUPPORT The Department of Biology’s Botany Greenhouse serves research, educational, outreach, and curatorial purposes. Donations to the Botany Greenhouse Fund support basic operational costs including the purchase of soil, fertilizer, equipment, and seeds. At two and a half acres, the Medicinal Herb Garden is one of the largest of its kind and hosts hundreds of visitors a year. Gifts to the Medicinal Herb Garden help preserve the garden as a teaching and outreach facility by supporting operational costs such as garden maintenance and signage upkeep.
