| Are there any departmental site licenses? | Only one: the JMP statistical package. Submit a help request to receive instructions for acquiring or updating JMP. |
| I need to get rid of old equipment. | Submit a help request, specifying the problem type as "surplus." Include what items need picking up and how many of each. Equipment will be picked up twice a year, in July and December. |
| How do I reserve equipment? | There are two pools of loaner laptops, projectors and cameras: one in 106 KIN and the other in 220 HCK (the Biology Study Area). To reserve equipment in 106 KIN, sign up in the binder at the front desk in KIN 106. To request equipment in the BSA, send email to Dave Hurley with desired dates, times and equipment (projector, laptop, or both). |
